Jane handles the intakes, general care, feeding, cleaning and training of the animals in our care. She speaks with the public and answers all calls that come in relating to wildlife in need.
Dr. Vasilakis earned her degree in veterinary medicine from Tufts University. She currently works at Linwood Animal Hospital in Lowell. Dr. Vasilakis donates her time to our facility to make sure our animals receive the very best veterinary care. To avoid causing the animals the stress of travel, she comes to our facility to do the exam

Derek graduated Michigan State with a degree in Zoology. He has worked at veterinary hospitals where he learned a lot about the medical aspects of animal care. Upon moving to Massachusetts, he started working at dog care centers are currently manages a dog daycare in Lowell.

Derek is a permitted wildlife rehabilitator in the state of Massachusetts and aids us in the care of the animals we receive. He also helps us with with our on call rescues. He is an incredibly valuable member of our team and we are so fortunate to have him.

Heidi graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with an MBA. She has spent her career managing business operations, but has a passion for all things animal related. Heidi is an integral part of our rescue. Not only does she help manage major operations but she is the kind and gentle voice that many callers hear when they reach out. She is very knowledgeable in wildlife rehabilitation, has been a part of many of our rescues, and is currently studying for her own rehabilitator's license.
